　　名詞復(fù)數(shù)形式變化規(guī)則:

　　(1)一般在名詞詞尾加-s

　　(2)以-o,-s,-x,-ch,-sh結(jié)尾的名詞,在詞尾加-es

　　tomato→tomatoes hero→heroes

　　glass→glasses potato→potatoes

　　watch→watches church→churches

　　(3)有些以-o結(jié)尾的,是外來詞,則加-s

　　photo→photos

　　(4)以輔音字母+y結(jié)尾的名詞,把y改為I,加es

　　story→stories family→families

　　(5)特殊變化

　　man→men child→children

　　tooth→teeth woman→women

　　foot→feet mouse→mice

　　(6)特殊變化

　　Chinese→Chinese Japanese→Japanese

　　sheep→sheep deer→deer

　　actor

　　名詞,意為"(男)演員","女演員"為actress

　　actor是由動詞act+or后綴構(gòu)成的.

　　(1)在英語構(gòu)詞中, 動詞+后綴or變?yōu)槊�詞,表示動作的執(zhí)行者.

　　monitor班長 actor演員

　　visitor參觀者 director導(dǎo)演

　　inventor發(fā)明家 editor編輯

　　(2)在英語構(gòu)詞中,還有動詞+后綴er變成名詞,也表示動作的執(zhí)行者.

　　teacher singer

　　writer reader

　　reporter cleaner

　　painter worker
