Nowadays,there is a growing focus on health care. People are pursuing a healthylifestyle. A healthy diet is one of the most important parts of it. As thesaying goes, bread is the staff of life, eating healthily and deliciously isthe goal we pursue. From my point of view, in order to build healthy eatinghabits, we should eat more vegetables and less fat and sugar. Vegetable is thebest source of s vitamin, because vegetables are rich in vitamins. Among them,vitamin C and vitamin A are the most important. Too much fat and sugar can leadto obesity, which is harmful to health. Besides, eating more fruits anddrinking more water is of great help.
現(xiàn)在,人們?cè)絹?lái)越注重養(yǎng)生,人們?cè)诙甲非蠼】档纳罘绞剑渲薪】碉嬍尘褪呛苤匾囊粋(gè)方面。俗話說(shuō),民以食為天,吃得美味又健康是我們所追求的目標(biāo)。我認(rèn)為,為了養(yǎng)成健康的飲食習(xí)慣,我們應(yīng)該多吃蔬菜,少攝入脂肪和糖分。蔬菜是維生素的最佳來(lái)源,其中以維生素A和維生素C最為重要。過(guò)多的脂肪和糖分會(huì)導(dǎo)致肥胖,這有害于健康。此外,還應(yīng)多吃水果多喝水,這都對(duì)健康有很大幫助。
